Indonesia Visa On Arrival
Visa On Arrival (VOA) is granted to foreigners who intend to visit Indonesia, especially Batam Island, for tourism, business, socio-cultural, or government purposes. Visa On Arrival is granted to foreign nationals who meet the requirements and conditions upon arrival in Indonesia. Visa on Arrival is issued by Immigration Officials at the immigration checkpoint at the Batam arrival point, namely the Batam Ferry Terminal and Hang Nadim Batam Airport.

Visa Policy
Effective Date: January 9, 2024.
Based on Circular Letter M.HH-02.GR.01.06 of 2024 from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, Directorate General of Immigration – (dated January 9, 2024)
This policy will be updated in accordance with changes in applicable regulations.
Basic Requirements
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
Round-trip ticket or one-way ticket to continue travel to another country.
Visa-Free Travel
Maximum stay of 30 days and cannot be extended. The following countries (ASEAN):
Brunei Darussalam Cambodia Laos
Malaysia Myanmar Philippines
Singapore Thailand Timor Leste
Vietnam
Electronic Visa on Arrival (E-VOA)
Price IDR 500.000/person for maximum 30 days stay (accept payment using Visa, Mastercard, JCB credit or debit card).
For more than 30 days stay, an additional payable of IDR 500.000/person (renewable ONE TIME ONLY) should be performed.
Visa On Arrival
Price IDR 500.000/person for maximum 30 days stay (only accept cash payment).
For more than 30 days stay, additional payable IDR 500.000/person (renewable ONE TIME ONLY).
Latest : 7-day VOA for Batam
Starting December 17, 2024, tourists can obtain a 7-day Visa on Arrival for short trips to the Riau Islands Province, including Batam
